On what was the key today
We just locked in on defense. That's the thing that's hurt us in our losses this year, is on the defense end! We did a whole lot better job in the 2nd half keeping them off the offensive glass. Making them take one shot and we getting the rebound and go! I think defensively, we were a whole lot better.
On did you expect this kind of performance today
We were all hurt from the Duke Game! But after that night, everybody set their minds on this Miami Game. Because we knew how big of a game each and every game we play the rest of the season would be. I think everybody kind of expected it out of each other to gout there and play as hard as we could and we were able to come out with the win!
On there being 6 guys in double figures today, what does that say about this team
I shows, obviously that we're one of the deepest teams out there. I think we moved the ball really well today. We were just stepping in the shots and knocking them down. So, we gotta keep that going, but the biggest thing is on the defensive end!
On Miami coming out and playing really physical
That's just kinda how they play. You've just got to weather the storm and play through it. If the ref calls stuff, they call it. If not, you've just got to keep playing. I think the biggest thing was, we were able to play around that, because we were getting stops and getting out on the break and not having to play half court defense most of the time. I thought we did a good job of that, so we just got to keep it going!
