I figured this thread was the best place to share this.
As "one of the guys", now that I know this lady on a personal level, I will offer a tidbit about Chick that may give the rest of the guys here some insight on who you're dealing with. She's more like a "guy" in her attitude and how she dishes-it-out and takes it. Not ALWAYS, but, she can hang with the guys just fine, really. She has mostly guy friends, and I have actually met one or two of them as well. Good folks, every one. Also turns out we had mutual friends/acquaintances from the Ron Paul campaigns. She definitely does NOT like Hillary Clinton as a presidential candidate. But, truly dislikes Donald Trump with equal enthusiasm.
She's a fine lady and deserves respect, as we all do. But, she's not a typical "woman" from my experience. Definitely SOUTHERN... no doubt. She's kindhearted, I assure you. But, insults and guy banter are hardly damaging to her. I think she's held her own here quite well on here.
She's definitely a Tar Heels fan. More so basketball than football, from what I can tell. There is some Clemson fan in there when it comes to football, for sure. I tried to get her to participate in Billy's football pick'em, but she doesn't understand "the +/- points thing", and I got tired of trying to explain it. She is adamant about winning the survival challenge. Oh, and a Baltimore Ravens fan.... FWIW.
