I Never bet on FSU in basketball. If Hamilton wasn't such a good recruiter, he'd have been gone a long time ago.
I didn't see the game but hard to beat any kind of team when they shoot over 50% from the field and 67% from long range
Just going by stats... Meant to put in question as was it giving up easy shots or Xavier making hard shots??A little defense might have helped
It was a little of both. FSU was very lazy on the interior and Xavier shot a TON of open jump shots.
In other words, can we make sure we beat Arkansas before we go after other teams for getting bounced by lower seeds.
I dont think its that big of a deal. You can have opinions regardless of your teams performance.
You can have whatever opinion you like. And we're free to question the validity of those opinions.
So yes, a #1 Seed trashing other teams only to get bounced by an #8 Seed is injudicious. Claiming it's not a "big deal" is insane.
Regardless, hope i'm proven wrong after 8:10 or so.

There are more jarring terms I could've used to describe your opinon(s), but it'd probably be "deemed" as grounds for warning by mods.
There just seemed to be a lot of threads and posts regarding losses from teams that didn't underachieve this year.
Regardless, you're right. This was an inexcusable loss with so much talent on board.
Call me superstitious but I don't want to talk about possible next opponents , other ACC teams losing to lower seeds (I did say UVa and FSU had embarrassing losses) and how much we will beat an opponent by. I just think it's bad mojo. Just give me 1 point wins in 5 more games.
I really do. You're very salty over peoples opinions on Florida St. Very odd reaction. Anyways, im done with the back and forth. You can keep trying to be clever though.
