Everyone who has been complaining about Britt and Williams alternating in starts while playing at the two, will probably really NOT like the fact that they probably will start together in the back court against Davidson and Tennessee. I do not like the fact that Woods will have to grow up quickly and play more point than he should, but the emergency trial by fire may end up helping UNC later in the season.

Yeah, dang, I was afraid he'd miss Davidson. Hopefully it will be better by Tennessee, but better safe than sorry... I want JB full strength for uk. Davidson can't be taken lightly and I suspect we'll indeed see Nate play more Point (he did a little vs Radford) and likely start, and thankfully we also have a veteran in Stilman who can step in seamlessly whenever called upon.

I'm assuming two games is in the interest of caution. Hopefully, he comes back strong against Kentuck.
I think Nate, 7th, and Stlman can hold it down.

Get Well JB!

Absolutely re: Berry at full strength. We should definitely let him be 100% healthy before coming back. No sense creating a situation where the injury lingers throughout the season.

Yeah, let him rest it, want him back full speed for Ky, suspect we may see him in limited action vs Tenn but lets wait and see. Guessing we wil see a good bit more of Stillman than we have seen so far this season. Be interesting to see who starts at the point, Nate or 7th and no matter which does start be interesting to see how 7th reacts with more PT.

Even with the TOs last game I thought 7th turned the corner a lil bit, most of those TOs seemed to be him expecting a guy to do one thing and the guy doing something different, the not being on the same page variety. Those are learning curve type of things we expect from freshmen, especially freshman PGs. Looked like the game was still a lil bit fast in his head but I think it has slowed down from his earlier games.

Lets see how his team mates help him as he has to step up to this challenge, , really want the kid to have a solid game, his confidence needs this.

Roy has a long history of being extremely cautious with any injury.

Get better and soon, Mr. Berry.

Bad times. Davidso and te aren't just pushovers

We shouldn't lose to either even without Berry. They aren't pushovers for sure. But they're not in our league. It's a big gaffe if we lose either one of those games. So I'm in favor of playing both without Berry and getting him ready for the the UK game, which is a must win at this point after having lost to IU.

Any chance Seventh gets the start tonight?

I'm expecting Britt and Williams to open in the backcourt tonight. Though I have said it a million times, its not who starts at UNC . . but who garners the most minutes and which player finishes the game.
