I'm sad to report that Parker's no longer cooks with wood. That's why I try to support the few wood places that are left. IMO if you've had Lexington's BBQ in Lexington, Wilbur's in Goldsboro, Skylight or Bum's in Adyen, you have eaten some of the best North Carolina has to offer.[/QUOTE]

Moore's in New Bern still uses wood, IIRC.
