Marquise committed to us at a time when we were being bombarded with negative recruiting tactics by several other coaches and has stuck with us through thick and thin. He has had a career that rivals any QB ever at UNC. I salute him.

Hope so too. I think they should give him a shot. Seems like many don't think he fits the profile and can be a NFL QB but believe he can. His passing may not yet be such he starts but he'd be a great guy for some plays where they want a dual-threat option and it's clear he can make some incredible passes. Just needs a little more consistency and quicker delivery, and if he does that, he could be a starting NFL QB, imo.

He's worth some teams giving him a chance as he could well blossom and do very, very well. We know he's very tough and resilient. Hopefully some team takes him on and with a little luck he gets a chance to perform.

Wish 'Quise all the best in the future. He had a Great UNC career.

Being honest I don't think he can make the reads quickly enough to be a successful QB in the NFL. I do think he could maybe mirror the career of another great UNC QB, Darian Durant, and set the Canadian FBL on fire! Time will tell, and I hope MW fools me and has great success in the NFL.
