thought i'd share pretty cool event...My club here in Houston (Champions GC) is having a Masters party all day Sunday during/after our two man best ball tournament. Egg salad, pimento cheese sandwiches, big screens, etc. Three time Masters winner Jimmy Demaret and 1956 champion Jack Burke founded the club. Demaret passed away a good while back but Mr. Burke is 94 years old and runs the club and is out there every day. A couple of weeks ago, I'm out on the range by myself early one Sunday morning and he comes out and spends 45 minutes with me messing with my grip, hitting balls and joking around. Pretty special spending time with him especially this week.

...and there's a little brag. It's pretty cool spending time with Mr. Burke and he has a lot of stories, funny comments, etc. There's several you tube videos of him with talking with Steve Elkington out on our range. Elkington's a character.
