All that is great IF you can you know, actually coach. By that I mean in game adjustments, holding players not performing accountable, and developing any type of bench (even with these "top" recruits this year that you mentioned. I will agree on the "changed culture" part (and not in a good way) but I am far more interested in wins and losses as opposed to "family atmosphere" and I am sure other posters associate "Carolina Way" to winning as opposed to moral victories in close losses to Pittsburgh.
This is not going to end well for "Hubs". Nothing against him personally, but to handpick a successor who only coached a JV team is foolish. Name me another coach who lost in the national championship or heck even the round of 32 or 64 or maybe even a first four game and returned four starters the next year only to not even make the field?
Trash me and other "new breed" of fans if you want, but no way is what we witnessed this year acceptable, "FAMILY" or not.
