Mark and Zach Gilbert have been two of the bigger names on the prep football scene in the state for some time now, and Mark has always listed UNC as a school of interest even though the Tar Heels had not offered -- until yesterday. It was a big offer for Gilbert. Both guys have been touring up north, seeing the likes of Michigan, Penn State and Pitt on their journeys.
