With the transfer portal opening we’ll get an early take on how this affects recruiting. Maybe that linebacker of ours will withdraw his name. That would be a good start.

I did not read this and just started a thread on Rees. Yes, Saban loved him - gave him all the credit for turning Milroe around last year as QB. Kelly also thinks very highly of Rees and wanted him at LSU with him.
Yes, Rees could be an ideal OC to have at UNC for when Belichick must step aside, to become next HC. And age cannot be ignored. That day will be coming.
