I think this may be the result of the left/right cult mentality coming to fruition finally. People are getting sick and tired of the divisiveness.

Agreed. WTF happened to freedom of speech? And they haven't even said anything hateful..... unless being proud of your country is now hate speech.... even then it is protected. Just as much as if this same crowd chanted "death to America". How do people not get this?

I should clarify -- I'm not directing anything towards you. I'm just utterly dumbfounded by the fact that this is even a story.

From now on, Tar Heel fans must never wear UNC colors to home games and "TARRR HEEELLLL" has been outlawed indefinitely as it is seen as divisive by the Dook and NCSMoo fanbase.

Does that make any sense? Because it is the exact same argument.

I do understand your frustration but I thought it said it was high school football so I was wondering why two American teams needed to chant USA? When I was in school if we cheered or chanted it would be our school names or mascots.

I do understand your frustration but I thought it said it was high school football so I was wondering why two American teams needed to chant USA? When I was in school if we cheered or chanted it would be our school names or mascots.

because they wanted to and we are the USA. If the illegal aliens - or, those who support them - don't like it, go back south of the border. We aren't giving the American West and FL back to Mexico and Spain.
