Your boss has been sending us thank you notes and now we feel too guilty to start back up.

I'm so bored I've been poasting on Blitz...in July.
Guess that's why they call it a message bored. Amirite?
I've always wondered if the report function went to the mods or to rivals. Judging by your post I'm guessing it goes to the mods.RR these last few months:
So I've never actually posted on RR.
But I may or may not have liked a few posts during the tournament last spring (oh the delicious salty tears). I then got a notice that I was blacklisted from posting. No biggie, I have no interest in posting there anyway. I've never been banned from a forum before, so out of curiosity, I checked back a few weeks later to see if it was permanent or temporary (it was still in effect). But I noticed that I could still use the Report function, so I reported a couple of posts that were personal attacks if not outright physical threats against UNC fans.
That got me some additional unclear level of bannination. The notice of said bannination indicated that the reason was my misuse of the Report function and that I should "consider posting and joining the conversation before trying to drive the narrative your direction by using the reporting feature." Difficult to do since I couldn't post.
Since I had gotten the notice from a mod via private message about it, I replied to question how I'm supposed to have "joined the conversation" since I couldn't post, and ask why I'd been banned from posting in the first place since I'd never even posted on the board. I kinda wanted him to admit I'd been banned for liking posts so I could point out the absurdity of it, and maybe take a screenshot.
But I got no reply. Rinse and repeat with a new message every few weeks or whenever I thought about it, asking for an explanation for the original blacklisting. No reply, radio silence.
The other day I used the report function again to report my own message in the private conversation since that was apparently the only way I could garner a response from the mod. Now I have lost all access privileges and am permabanned from even reading RR. I'm quite crushed.
And that is the alpha and the omega of my time at RR since late March (all told, maybe half an hour over the course of ~4 months). Thank you for reading.
Oh, and y'all really need to step up your posting. This is getting ridiculous.

I bet @heelbent hasn't flicked anybody just for liking posts, though. That explains why we can't get better quality mods.

I don't think I have. But I probably ain't above it.I bet @heelbent hasn't flicked anybody just for liking posts, though.
I don't get how such a thing would even come to the mods' attention. I can't imagine you and irby poring over pages and pages of who's liking what.I don't think I have. But I probably ain't above it.
Well, they haven't had much to do since stone cold luke maye drove that dagger in their hearts.
