Alright everyone, if you wish to nominate a show for the animation region, poast it on this thread before midnight on Monday. There is no limit to how many shows a person can nominate, and remember, shows will be selected and seeded based first on how many people nominate them, so don't think you don't need to mention something because someone else already nominated it. There are additional tiebreakers that will cover selections and seeding from there. You can check the original thread if you have any other questions.

Archer
Simpsons
King of the Hill
Bob's Burgers
Beavis and Butthead
Futurama
Looney Tunes
Superfriends
Scooby-Doo, Where Are You? (Original series from 1969)

Muppet Babies...hahaha...I completely forgot about that. That was always my go-to show, for some reason, when I was sick and stayed home from school. My parents had to work, so I went to my grandparents' house and watched Muppet Babies.

Yes, this is a nomination because of the feels.

Another vote for Droopy.

With that said, I expected Sopranos to be higher than a 3 also. I've been right on the other two 1's so far though. But I thought Simpsons would likely take this one, and if not that, it would be South Park, which it still might be, have to crunch some numbers when the polls close tonight.

I'm a little surprised it's that low, I didn't necessarily think it would automatically be the 1 seed, but I figured it would be top 2 for sure.
The only cartoon that you could even make an argument that should be the number one seed besides the Simpsons is Looney Tunes. Some of the posters on OOTB suck when it comes to TV, movies and music so it doesn't surprise me that the Simpsons are a three right now.

Remember we have several poasters who are dead inside and don't think the Simpsons are funny.

@heelz2345, you should probably count the fact @UNC71-00 started a thread about them as another nomination.

I think we need to just admit that some of the posters here are just plain stupid when it comes to entertainment. We have people who don't like the Simpsons, people who don't like Nirvana, people who have never seen the Godfather, but think Joe Dirt 2 is awesome. If the short bus made stops on message boards, it would pick up a few OOTB posters. That's ok though, OOTB is a safe space where all are welcome.

Yeah, I'm not that displeased with the shows that occupy the top 3, those were the ones I expected, just thought the order might be a little different.

Looney Toons
Flintstones
Family Guy
The Simpsons (I've never seen it, but it must need a couple more nominations )

I love the Simpsons.

I don't much care for the OOTB bracket contests in that they take forever and never resolve much.
That's just cause I've never been the one in charge of one ;)

Is this an official nomination on your part?
