well said, and something I take to heart. I fess up to this being a case in point regarding my comments about taking my licks when I have them coming. Fetterman is a prime example. I wrote him off pretty bluntly as being nothing beyond a bad joke (politically, not personally). As it turns out, I have more respect for him at this point than pretty much any other dem. He seems to be what dems should be, left-leaning but independent thinking enough to align with the right thing point by point regardless of the party line.
The block mindset of the left excludes common sense for the most part.
