OOTB's Political Thread . ..

Meh. Cool fantasy, but the popular opinion says he is smarter than you and correctly guaged the country's pulse while you continued to be one big meme.
Meh, I don't know about that. I was simply unaware of the number of ignorant Americans there are whereas guns has the advantage of being related to a lot of them.

"Guaged"? 👌

Hey guys. I thought of a fun activity if y’all are bored. I’m going back and reading this thread in certain spots. I just took a break but I’m on page 1502 if y’all want to read along. The discussions around that time
were (1) Vance’s eyeliner and a bunch of innuendo about furniture, (2) how no black men in Michigan were voting for Trump and how Kamala was gaining momentum.

I’ll update as I find some bangers.

When will Trump end the filibuster and pack the SC? The Dims wanted that right?

And all of a sudden, no one is talking about this.

Staying true to my beliefs, I don’t want to see the filibuster done away with and I don’t want to see court expansion. Alito and Thomas will do what RBG should have done and retire so Trump can replace them with younger justices.

So in 2024 the non-college folks went further red, the college educated folks further away from Trump.

So more old white men went with Harris? 🤔

White men shifted blue.
I was thinking all the Joe Rogan stuff was targeted at white men, but maybe that wasn't an issue?

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention @gteeitup today. He’s not one of the batshit crazy libs here but he’s batshit crazy adjacent.

Where are those polls you said were all over that showed Kamala dominating? Remember? I asked you to link them and you told me, “you can find them yourself. They’re out there.” I never found them.

LOL, you're pissed that your party is getting less white man and more black/brown man. If the trend holds, eventually your party will be mostly uneducated black people and brown migrants.

Yes. I’m so pissed today. How did you guess? Is it the dozens of laughing emojis I’ve doled out going back through previous pages of this thread. I know your notifications are lighting up.

Who in the hell compiled all of that comparative information... with that much detail... less than 24 hours after the 2024 election even occurred?

and 2)... who gives a shit if they're male, or black or went to college, or have a degree in fart-sniffing?

Harris and the Dems got their asses KICKED in this presidential election. Trump won bigger in '24 than he did in '16.

I’m currently on page 1510. This is about when our friend @Newoikkin showed up. If I remember correctly, he acts like a total loser, accuses everyone of being racist, laughs at the possibility of Trump winning, then tells the mods on me, then gets his ass kicked by everyone on the board for being a weak-minded homo that ran and tattled, then had AJ basically tell him to kick rocks, then he disappeared and has not been seen since.

I think we are still waiting for the congratulatory phone call from KH. So much for all the reverence for tradition.

In all serious, this little ditty really hits the nail on the head.

Great explanation of what happened by that guy. Love that he dumped a lot of the surprise on the media for pumping up complete crap that wasn't needle moving as some monumental event. The "weird" thing that they tried to make catch on but blew up in their face, the Puerto Rico garbage comment, the polling, the women coming out in droves with a secret vote they won't tell their husbands about... and all other junk that people like the clowns we've seen parrot those talking points in this thread just cling to. But none of it was real... they sell a false narrative and that hopefully stops the next time around.

And all of a sudden, no one is talking about this.

Staying true to my beliefs, I don’t want to see the filibuster done away with and I don’t want to see court expansion. Alito and Thomas will do what RBG should have done and retire so Trump can replace them with younger justices.
I agree, I don't want the filibuster to go away or SCOTUS expansion either. But I would love to have them put it to a vote so all the Dems would have to go on record voting against it, so they can't just all of a sudden bring that back up whenever the tides turn again.

So the older people went for Harris this time. And more white men voted for Harris this time.

So more old white men went with Harris? 🤔
And the Dem advantage with the youngest age bracket was halved. Bodes well for Pubs/MAGA going forward I guess. The times, they aren't a-changin'....
LOL, you're pissed that your party is getting less white man and more black/brown man. If the trend holds, eventually your party will be mostly uneducated black people and brown migrants.
Then at least the Dems can stop pretending to care about them.

I care, I think it is fascinating to see the choices demographics make. And people rejected certain maga candidates in NC but approved of Trump because... (tbd?). I think the Latino vote is especially interesting. @gunslingerdick was the first place i saw the latino thing, that's pretty interesting given that socioeconomically as a whole they'd benefit from progressive policies on healthcare and education.

And the youth vote is very interesting too.
