OOTB's Political Thread . ..

No, it doesn't bother me that you think that.
it should, it's based on the observation of an astute observer. You fall back on tl;dr when you don't want to fall back on inanity. Either way, you fall back because there's no way you can go forward when you're just wrong.

I already KNOW you're FOS. I don't need more and more dissertations to hammer it home.

OK, let me point out the part of your post that doesn't make sense...

from here...

"you missed the joke. also, same guy that is somehow confused re: the “dangers” of cell phones and wifi. eta: but he’s 70 and can do pull-ups.

...to here
can’t help you understand the joke if you can’t even see it.

what i can do is tell you he doesn’t understand the difference between cell phone and wifi exposure…he said he believes it’s the same, not my words, his…do you trust someone that believes that?

the kid watters, on fox news, thinks that because rfk can do a pull -up he’s a natural born health advocate.

Hey gentlemen... I've been gone from this board and Radar since end of last basketball season. All good, I didn't miss anything of import while away, did I? :D

Good to be back. Looking forward to this Heels team. My son, DIL and brand new granddaughter are in Tallahassee. Son has graduated from law school, passed the bar, and is a clerk for a federal judge in FL state capitol. I will go there to see the FSU / UNC game in Feb.

Should be fun!

Best wishes - Heelicious.

I saw that he was talking about not relying solely on a doctor's advice and then he was eating fast food I think. I have to assume that was supposed to be a joke but as a joke it was beyond lame and actually pointless.

wi-fi signals and cell signals are both radio frequencies, so although they are utilized differently, they are much the same in nature. There are serious questions of their effect on health. Radar, which also uses radio waves, is suspected according to studies of causing cancer. I trust someone who cautions that exposure to a great deal of radio waves at the frequencies in question could be harmful to us....and I'm glad someone is bringing that caution to the forefront instead of kowtowing to those concerns that might rather see such info suppressed.

Other than that, he's saying what I summarized...listen to your doctor but use common sense. Have you never heard that it's good to get second opinions regarding serious medical matters? That advice comes from the same school of thought, which is to not assume your doctor...just because he IS a doctor... is always steering you in the right direction. It is considered by most to be sound advice.

I'm still trying to see how this is some sort of 'gotcha'.

wait, you know I'm FOS for claiming that you use tl;dr and inanity to avoid admitting that you're wrong, when the proof is right there for all to see? LOL.
