This guy gives us all some very good advice on how to proceed forward.
There are so many situations where this applies to today's environment.
And, while the debate rages on back and forth, there is an aspect of all these pardons (from both sides) that has been vastly overlooked.

I didn't know about this until I saw your post and checked it out. THANKFULLY, the Donald Trump that we voted for won't turn this into a political maneuver or politically-motivated bending of the knee...he'll just do what he set out to do to begin with. Not hard to understand, but none are so blind as those who will not see. And those who are compelled to virtue-signal often need to turn a blind eye to the simple truth in order to do so.
Behavior and practices we consider to be unacceptable now were not necessarily considered unacceptable in the past. Mores change as cultures mature. Cultures mature when populations increase and greater communication develops accordingly, allowing more ideas to be exchanged. That happens over time.
