There is zero evidence to prove he's a member of MS13. The original allegation was based on him wearing a f*cking Chicago Bulls hat... The administration even acknowledged that deporting him was an "administrative error" and when the Supreme Court unanimously rules against them, Trump defies the court and brings a dictator into the Oval Office who falsely accuses him of being a terrorist.

The rival gang threat finding is the one that really befuddles me. He and his representation advanced this as a defense. This is just a case of wanting it both ways. He's in the gang when it prevents him from being sent back. When being in the gang gets him sent back, he's not. Sure.
Regardless, they blew it on this one. Crying a river of tears over this guy was the wrong person to pick to defend. I feel certain, given the numbers that Trump now has to deal with, there will be a legitimate screw-up about which they could go crazy over. This wasn't the one to pick.

all I really needed to see was that he was an illegal. Anything beyond that is just window dressing. And I'm not saying that all illegals should be deported, but I am saying that if they are allowed to stay they should be naturalized based on being productive occupants. Gang affiliations and whatever was going on in the alluded to parking lot aren't what I would consider being productive.

I understand that perspective fully. But the gang stuff is what makes this appropriate for action under the policy of getting out the worst first. It doesn't mean they were wrong in sending him home. I just think they will have a compelling case in the not so distant future and continually trying to use this as their moment undermines the credibility of a future case where they really did screw-up.
