The official video is out showing why members of MAGA, a.k.a. the poorly educated, are the stupidest people on the planet.
such tremendous popage...If this means he relocates to Rome for the rest of his life, I'm all for it! The Italians and Catholics can have him.

yep. I keep thinking you might visit here one day not motivated by a sense of profound butthurt. No really, it could happen. There's a first time for everything. There's a first time for everything.
as bad as they all are over there, she is the worst of the worst. More than anyone else, she exemplifies what is wrong with this country.
And yet, there is someone here that slurps up every word and projects it towards anything with an orange hue.as bad as they all are over there, she is the worst of the worst. More than anyone else, she exemplifies what is wrong with this country.
The internet never forgets. Here is a tweet from 2017 from the Senator who just visited the MS-13 "constituent" in El Salvador.
what the libs allow with their elected representatives leaves me SMH in disbelief. Warren is a faker and a liar with no ethical compass. Not a single word comes out of her mouth that rings of sincerity. She's a banshee who wails a warning of impending doom if any conservative makes any point whatsoever. She has no problem concealing the fact that she sought and received advancement by gaming and tricking the system meant to aid minorities, a system that she helped institute. It makes you almost choke when the orange-haters accuse Trump of that sort of shenanigan. And yet, there is someone here that slurps up every word and projects it towards anything with an orange hue.
try this on for size, Mr. Zero Evidence guy. And also, you might want to acknowledge the part where he admitted coming here illegally....which make him an illegal. Also, pay attention to what the hat signifies and what he was otherwise adorned with at the time in question. There is zero evidence to prove he's a member of MS13. The original allegation was based on him wearing a f*cking Chicago Bulls hat... The administration even acknowledged that deporting him was an "administrative error" and when the Supreme Court unanimously rules against them, Trump defies the court and brings a dictator into the Oval Office who falsely accuses him of being a terrorist.
I know you guys will blindly support anything orange, but rounding people up without due process and shipping them to a mega prison in El Salvador is f*cking ridiculous. If he's a criminal like you guys claim, then prosecute him and deport him after the conviction... And he's not even close to the only one. There is a seemingly endless list of stories of naturalized CITIZENS being harassed while trying to reenter the country after vacations or business trips. This sh*t has gotten completely out of hand.

the more accurate picture than what uncboy10 paints
yep, that's what I call blind support of Trump...wait, I meant blind condemnation of anything orange.
why do you waste your time trying to point out rightist stupidity when as nearly official doctrine your side thinks men can menstruate and have babies, and as well thinks men should be allowed to play women's sports and share the locker room with women. And that the island of Guam is in danger of tipping over if all the people there gather on one side. That was from an elected dem representative. The official video is out showing why members of MAGA, a.k.a. the poorly educated, are the stupidest people on the planet.
moving the goalposts a little are we? Proof? You said "ZERO EVIDENCE". I presented evidence by way of the BBC that goes beyond simply wearing some article of clothing. Out of courtesy, I want to say 'nice try', but it really wasn't. It was a piss-poor attempt to obfuscate, as libs are wont to do.Wearing clothes doesn't prove someone is a gang member. He has never been convicted of any crime, much less one involving any kind of gang activity. Not every kid that wears a blue or red bandana is a Crip or a Blood. This entire premise if f*cking stupid.

You might want to check out 235(b)(1)(A) of the immigration and nationality act that allows for expedited removal procedures signed by President Bill "the Cigar" Clinton in 1996.Except that isn’t evidence at all. Lots of people wear bulls gear or stupid hoodies. It isn’t evidence of a gang affiliation at all. It certainly isn’t justification for a wannabe autocrat to be defying the Supreme Court and undermining due process.

still trying to obfuscate with the same tactic of mischaracterizing and disregarding what was considered evidence. I guess you just want me to quote the article. I will. Please, for the love of God, don't resurrect that one. Enough pages have been burnt up on it already.the Civil War was fought over slavery.
you're right, and of course I'm sure you must realize I was just chumming. Maybe I'll just start a separate thread on how the Civil War was NOT fought over slavery..Please, for the love of God, don't resurrect that one. Enough pages have been burnt up on it already.
all I really needed to see was that he was an illegal. Anything beyond that is just window dressing. And I'm not saying that all illegals should be deported, but I am saying that if they are allowed to stay they should be naturalized based on being productive occupants. Gang affiliations and whatever was going on in the alluded to parking lot aren't what I would consider being productive. The rival gang threat finding is the one that really befuddles me. He and his representation advanced this as a defense. This is just a case of wanting it both ways. He's in the gang when it prevents him from being sent back. When being in the gang gets him sent back, he's not. Sure.
Regardless, they blew it on this one. Crying a river of tears over this guy was the wrong person to pick to defend. I feel certain, given the numbers that Trump now has to deal with, there will be a legitimate screw-up about which they could go crazy over. This wasn't the one to pick.
I understand that perspective fully. But the gang stuff is what makes this appropriate for action under the policy of getting out the worst first. It doesn't mean they were wrong in sending him home. I just think they will have a compelling case in the not so distant future and continually trying to use this as their moment undermines the credibility of a future case where they really did screw-up.all I really needed to see was that he was an illegal. in the above, I'm confused at some point over which 'they' you are referring to, but I think I get the gist and agree.I understand that perspective fully. "What we know about Kilmar Abrego Garcia and MS-13 allegations"
"What is the evidence for alleged MS-13" links?
"Mr Abrego Garcia has acknowledged entering the US illegally in 2012, according to court documents.
In March 2019 he was detained along with three other people in Hyattsville, Maryland, in the car park of a Home Depot.
Officers at the Prince George's County Police Department said the men were "loitering" and subsequently identified Mr Abrego Garcia and two of the others as members of MS-13.
In a document titled the "Gang Field Interview Sheet", the local police detailed their observations.
They said Mr Abrego Garcia was wearing a "Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears and mouth of the presidents on the separate denominations".
Officers claimed the clothing was "indicative of the Hispanic gang culture" and that "wearing the Chicago Bulls hat represents thay (sic) they are a member in good standing with the MS-13".
Steven Dudley, a journalist and author who has spent years studying the MS-13 gang, said that it is true that "at some point, the Chicago Bulls logo with the horns became a stand-in of sorts for the MS-13's devil horns symbol". "
"According to the field interview sheet and other court documents, officers said they were also advised by a "proven and reliable source" that Mr Abrego Garcia was an active member of MS-13's "westerns clique", with the rank of "chequeo". "
"But the judge who presided over his 2019 case said that based on the confidential information, there was sufficient evidence to support Mr Abrego Garcia's gang membership. That finding was later upheld by another judge."
"In October 2019 he was granted a "withholding of removal" order, court documents show - a status different from asylum, but one which prevented the US government from sending him back to El Salvador because he could face harm.
Mr Abrego Garcia's lawyers say that he was granted the status based on his "well-founded" fear of persecution by Barrio-18, the main rival gang of MS-13."
he was given relief from deportation because of the threat of harm FROM A RIVAL GANG, which had already been harassing him as a rival gang member. Right, no evidence there. LMAO.
The rival gang threat finding is the one that really befuddles me. He and his representation advanced this as a defense. This is just a case of wanting it both ways. He's in the gang when it prevents him from being sent back. When being in the gang gets him sent back, he's not. Sure.

Sorry. You were right. I used "they" for two different entities. First the administration, then the D's whining about this illegal.in the above, I'm confused at some point over which 'they' you are referring to, but I think I get the gist and agree.
But what it boils down to to me is that if someone is illegal, the prez should have the ability to send him packing for whatever reason he deems reasonable....or even just because as long as it isn't purely political..
and again you seek to move the goalposts and obfuscate. I didn't include the above simply because it didn't apply to YOUR ASSERTION of 'zero evidence'. EVIDENCE and PROOF are not synonymous, but you sure as hell do your best to conflate them for the sake of not outing yourself as a clueless liberal windbag trying to make a point out of nothing. FAIL. You ARE outing yourself as a clueless liberal anti-orange windbag. What an interesting place to choose to end that quote. The very next paragraph...
But wearing the logo of the hugely popular basketball team, he added, is of course not exclusive to the gang.
"Any assertions about gang affiliation would need to be corroborated with testimony, criminal history, and other corroborating evidence," Mr Dudley said.
it isn't 'baseless' just because you want it to be thought of that way so you don't continue to come across as just a garden variety orange-hater without a clue. The accusations in this case are anything but baseless as I have amply demonstrated..Or are you just hoping that baseless accusations of being a gang member can be used as a blanket excuse to deport anyone Trump wants?
@uncboy10, is the laughing emoji supposed to suffice as anything resembling an answer? It doesn't. If you had an answer, you'd be supplying it. Instead you're just copping out. What a surprise.and again you seek to move the goalposts and obfuscate. I didn't include the above simply because it didn't apply to YOUR ASSERTION of 'zero evidence'. If proof is required, of course any evidence is just a part of the puzzle. But proof isn't what we were talking about, is it?

not tilting at windmills, just negating your errant anti-orange POV in this particular case and in general. Don't fall off that donkey, Sancho, as you flail away at the truth of the matter and how you've failed in trying to sidestep it. It's been a pleasure watching you give up, step by step..Dude I have a life outside of this board. I’m not gonna sit here all day watching you continue to tie yourself in knots to defend your cult leader.
The administration admitted it was a mistake to deport him. Then refused to correct the error. The SCOTUS ruled against Trump. This administration is in the wrong and anyone with a shred of objectivity knows it. Including the conservative Supreme Court. I’m gonna go now, but you enjoy the rest of your day tilting at windmills.
