Which industries are you referring to? I'm not sure about everywhere but I can assure you there are no shortages of manual laborers in the farming industry in my area. My cousin farms and is also a farm consultant. He assists farmers with field mapping, soil sampling, noting nutrient deficiencies, evaluating farmer crop options, etc. He says none of his clients are lacking help. Granted, a few of them have H2A workers so they are at least employing LEGAL immigrants.

Due process is how you determine whether or not someone is here legally or not in the first place. You can’t just go rounding people up, accuse them of being illegals and throw them out of the country without giving them a chance to prove otherwise.
Agriculture, construction, and the restaurant industry are all heavily reliant on immigrant labor, much of it undocumented. It’s also important to note that most of them have taxes deducted from the pay but can’t actually receive any benefits from that because they aren’t legal residents. They generally don’t even use emergency services because of fear of deportation. And commit fewer crimes per capita than citizens do. This whole narrative about them being dangerous criminals is a ridiculous exaggeration.
