Often, the debate of illegal immigration is framed upon a discussion of things like the burden on our system, taxes, cultural assimilation, etc. And, of course, there is the very real intention that the party with a D wants either for illegals to suddenly be made citizens or simply extend the ability to vote to non-citizens. That's already happening in local elections across the country in cities/counties that are D dominated. There is, however, an already occurring issue that many are not even aware of or have no concept about. Illegal or not, they are counted in the census which then translates to all kinds benefit allocations and even things like the number of congress members. Yes, the flooding of illegals who are not American citizens can influence the power any given state has in DC. This post puts it into perspective (I can't vouch for the specifics, but the principle is sound). Ignore the initial idiot asking the question, it's the reply that's important (I don't know how to post it here without the initial tweet coming up).
