If we didn't get our heads kicked in last year, I would feel a lot better about this game. The thing that really stood out to me last year was just how much more physical State played than us. They dominated both lines of scrimmage and seemed to be playing with 12 on defense. It was probably the most frustrated I have even been at a game I have attended.
With that being said, I truly believe that this year is going to be different. We have a much tougher team (physically and emotionally) and I think that we are going to exorcise those demons. A win against the Wolfpeckers would give our guys a huge confidence boost going into the game against Clemson.
