happy with the win today, offense did there thing and defense stepped up! However I have been watching us and other teams and notice a huge difference in strength with our team. We look fat and slow in the trenches. I am just wondering what kind of weight training our guys do, it seems as though yac yards are a negative for our defense because they just don't seem to have the strength to stand up ball carriers and our oline seems to get pushed back a lot! Has anyone else noticed this? Just asking because it's one thing I've noticed this year and looking back nobody on our team seems to be getting stronger
