I think people are definitely blaming Roy Williams. Do I think Hubert would have been the coach if it were not for Roy williams? Probably not. But, I certainly have no problems with Roy Williams and his role at North Carolina. If that includes having Hubert Davis as the coach, I'm not all that bummed out about it. I guess I focus too much on the good things that have happened since he's been the coach.

So, clearly you as well lay responsibility, call it blame if you want because it is the very same thing, on Roy. yet seem to want to make the case that Roy is not responsible, doesn't rightfully hold blame? You tell me strum, if you had the tie breaking vote, would your vote be to keep Hubert or to replace him after this season? Just so you understand, right now my vote would be to retain him. Your vote to replace him means you feel Hubert was actually a mistake by Roy to push him as the head coach, your vote to retain him says you think it was the correct choice by Roy to push his chips in for Hubert to have the job? Which way do you go?
So that my stance is clear, I do think it was a mistake for Roy to push Hubert, I understand why he did, I don't agree it was the best decision for the program. But after it was done, I am willing to give Hubert every opportunity to get this ship righted with FULL knowledge that he has made far to many mistakes than should be easily accepted and I have been full throated in discussing those mistakes as I see them.
