Just watched his film. Not sure about what kind of competition his high school had but he is a baller. Legit. Unbelievable hips and body control. I like his film as much or better then anny db recruit. He will be returning punts for us for sure. Hes got great offensive skills. Dude is electric. Great pick up (it seems). We'll see.
