I am not even going to get to watch the game Saturday so I sure hope they win. I signed up for a local Daddy/Daughter date night they are doing that doesn't end until 9:30. I signed up months ago. As soon as I asked her I immediately thought, 'That sure is close to when the FF should be'. Obviously, she is more important so there was no going back then. I'm going to try my hardest not to be checking my phone once 8:00 rolls around.

You need to go scorched earth on Saturday night. Hell, don't even bring your phone with you if you feel comfortable with that. But if you think you need it just in case, put it on airplane mode so that you won't get any texts, emails, or anything. Turn wifi off too so that you won't get iMessages if you have an iPhone. And don't listen to sports radio to or from.

Just flippin' found out my stepson has baseball practice on Monday night. So if they win Saturday I'm going to miss the first part of the game Monday as well. Haven't missed a game all damn year and I may miss parts of the two biggest ones (if we are fortunate enough to win).

I can't imagine they can practice in the dark. Tip time Monday should be 9:00ish. You should be good unless practice is two counties over.

They have lights, though it runs from 6-7:30 CT so I should be ok. We have had the later practices most of the time this year so I just assumed it was 7:30-9:00 (which is ridiculous for elementary kids but we do it). I am superstitious about start times so can't look at Monday's time unless we win Saturday. I'm sure it will be fairly late like you said so at the worst I will miss the very beginning and can listen until I get home. I should be fine now that we have the early time slot though. I'm just screwed Saturday but that's ok. She will love it and that is all that matters.
