OH produces the 5th most talent in the country behind FL, CA, TX, and GA. If you are a P5 school in or bordering OH, you should focus every year on OH, and also expand out to MI, IN, IL, etc. Lots of OH players can be wooed to play in a league in the South if they are recruited early and heavily.
I expected Pitt to master that and be as successful at it as UK is. I thought Louisville would do the same thing.
Both those programs are losing out to UK, and neither is going to load up on the top FL and GA talent.
