Dammit I forgot about that. Was thinking we'd get two more years from him after this. I get it is technically a possibility but seems unlikely the way he has played so far. I think he could easily end up being a first rounder.

Mack is far too soft, too tended-hearted, toward his former players and other BFFs to sort out failures on his staff.

this is true, AND factor in that at this point in his life and career, he isn't much worried about losing his job. We have been worried about when he retires but maybe we should be worried that he already has. Just thoughts, I still have faith in him.

mack still cares deeply about winning, gets very upset when we play poorly, and works way too hard for his age. but yeah his nice guy persona is a problem. it's great for recruiting and media relations, but yields a team with poor self discipline.
