Not a time to stay calm. UNC not rebounding is a reason to not be calm alone!

Reasons why I will not abandon this team, because we have 4 returning starters with two stars in Love and Bacot, a top 10 PG in college basketball in Davis, and arguably a top 5 one on one defender in Leaky.

My hope was our bench would have progressed more, but I can see in a tournament setting, Hubert will shorten the bench, and I can see us playing harder.

Staying calm is not the answer, UNC needs to beat the breaks off someone, and soon! Never expected perfection, but this is far from what I expected.

This won’t go over well and it’s meaningless but let me bring it up and rattle the cage. This team really could have used GG Jackson this season. Hubert losing him (regardless of the reason) hurt this team. GG is currently averaging 17 points and 7.5 rebounds.

He was always the best option for us. And he was ours if we had a ship for this season still.

I agree that we showed some serious ball for 10 minutes! Once this type of thing (and we get healthy) shows up in the first half, we will start to soar! I don't see anything to indicate our staff is not stepping up or taking charge, but I do see them trying to find the right buttons to push to motivate our lead guards! Once we get those two to focus on the prize, we are fine! I love Seth's potential and I think he is already elite on D, but he isn't ready to run a team and cannot do it better than RJ right now!

GG's stat line is impressive for a freshman, but I don't see the relevance. I don't think he will serve us better than Nance, but time will tell. I also don't think we need the helicopter that comes with him. I wish him well and I hope he realizes his dreams!

GG is a difference maker. He would of helped immensely.

The other #1 preseason team was Gonzaga. They are struggling to find their chemistry as well. I think they will be fine too. Relax, is the correct word for this time of the year. Stuff to address, and they will be, no depth, but if healthy, very confident UNC will be ready at tourney time.

I cut my pinkie finger nail too short and it hurt my hand; but I never looked for the nail since I knew it would be just as good over time! D Roe not coming to the Hill stung for a hot minute too, but we seem to have weathered it.

I expect the peeps who chose to wear UNC blue to grow into a unit we can be proud of and to win when it counts!

UNC will win with you OR without you! Recruits need to re-learn this fact!
