New DL is not as important as new OC, and probably new RB coach, but it should help (assuming Fedora could make the right hire).

Because Fedora is retarded when it comes to QBs.

I think he decides which QB has the most overall athleticism (and he may not be right about that either), and that is all that matters to him.

Elliottt is MUCH better than Surratt, who is better than Harris.

Which means Byrd is probably better than Elliott

Fedora is not going anywhere just give it up already; I am in the group that says fire the OC; he is in way over his head. At the very least move him back to coaching just the o-line; he is an excellent o-line coach, but can't call a play for a TD or even a decent gain if the field was empty of defenders.

I feel bad for these kids man. We are watching a team struggle every single week. At home, on the road, against good teams, against bad teams. It seems like anytime they make a big play, the other side makes worse plays to erase it.

I'm proud of them for sucking it up constantly working to make plays. It's not easy for me to watch this, so I know it's hard to be out on that field. It's just a shame. We've had a few massive plays in this game.
