We get y'all's point about the refs. But if they make the right calls. We at least get a FG on that first drive. And if they call one of the block in the backs that was clear as day. They they are at 2nd and 15 to 20 and have to throw. Maybe we are up 17-14 at half. Non calls do matter. Yes we are getting are asses handed to us. At least the kids haven't given up like I did.
I gotta say... that GT punter was the most amazing thing I saw! How that kid kicked that ball 50 yards is a mystery.
I must admit, it was looking pretty bad for a bit there. Offense needs to give the D a break and let them rest by getting first downs. 2nd half should be Hood, Hood and Hood. Don't fix what is not broken.

yeah, that onside kick was a real smart gamble now, wasn't it? we just gave back all the momentum we had by giving them a short field.... damn that was stupid!

No kidding. We never had a chance to stop them defensively. So what does Fedora do? Kicks an onside kick and give them an even shorter field to regain momentum. It was one of the dumbest things I have ever seen.
If ANYTHING, that onside kick gave the defense a break in that they woul dbe on the field for a shorter period than giving up 80+ yards and taking 8 minutes off the clock.
