The Big Loser From The FBI Probe Is The NCAA

Yes and yes Andrew, you know, I know, we all know, thank goodness what we have al known for so long is beginning to be in the light of day, it is beginning to be made public, only then will anything be done about it.

How could the NCAA have not known, they couldn't not have known, we know that, the real question is why and what you offer may be the total reason why. But to go along with that, I strongly suspect some high ranking NCAA officials may have been slide some money to make sure nothing was looked for so nothing could be found. The tentacles of this go far and deep and yeah, I do believe they stretch in to the offices of the NCAA, there is just to much money involved and it is to well known for it not to.

Great read Andrew. The old haunting question, as David mentioned, what did they know and when did they know it?
Seems the real answer is they did know and have for quite some time.

The NCAA has passed rules where a coach, even if he or she did not know, they should have known and are being punished for things that happened on their watch. However, how is the NCAA going to be held to its own standard?
And as the article stated, how did they not know when the smoke has been so thick for so long?

Even if ncaa didn't have power or resources to look into these money deals, shouldn't they have at least known it was going on and at high level like Emmert kept it to just a few people and gone to fbi to do an investigation. Emmert is an incompetent lying jerk!!!

And at some level they are violations. So it is their stated duty to police this.

UNC is not going to court . The FBI probe has killed any chance of this.

The real question is, does the NCAA really want to go to court with us over this academic issue while the whole world now can clearly see the main item within their scope of authority they were best case asleep at the wheel, worst case directly involved. Best idea for them is to resolve our issue quickly, cleanly, and without any more fanfare than needed.

But if the NCAA persists and looks to hit our men's basketball or football programs, we will be in court.

They don't want (they know they will lose) to but might be willing to in order to save face, as odd as that sounds.
