Seems the real answer is they did know and have for quite some time.
Even if ncaa didn't have power or resources to look into these money deals, shouldn't they have at least known it was going on and at high level like Emmert kept it to just a few people and gone to fbi to do an investigation. Emmert is an incompetent lying jerk!!!

The real question is, does the NCAA really want to go to court with us over this academic issue while the whole world now can clearly see the main item within their scope of authority they were best case asleep at the wheel, worst case directly involved. Best idea for them is to resolve our issue quickly, cleanly, and without any more fanfare than needed.
But if the NCAA persists and looks to hit our men's basketball or football programs, we will be in court.
