Not sure what i think of it. Lol. I'm kinda thinking he meant to say something else like "there is no ceiling, just a roof" i dunno. I was scratching my head when he said it and still am. But hey like roy said, hes the GOAT so he can say wtf he likes.

Yeah, it looked like he regretted it right after he said it. I was thinking he was trying to say something like the sky is the limit. Although now that I think about it, it may have been him slipping up and telling the truth. History suggests that Carolina's football limit is about the same height as the roof/ceiling.

Agreed. He misspoke. It happens. Doesn't overshadow his prominence as one of the top 2-3 most well known (and locally loved) icons in the history of all sports (with maybe Tiger, Muhammad Ali, others?)

I heard Seth Greenberg say the arena was louder when MJ walked out to center court, than he had ever heard it, during any game. That is amazing to me.

At least MJ didn't literally say and believe the earth is flat. Wow, now that would be quite embarrassing if someone in this day and age were to actually say and believe that. (hi Kyrie)

Love MJ but that ceiling/roof thing was a gaff or stretch any way you look at it and if you guys are trying to justify it by some dook prof then you need help.
