ALL of these fans, who have reveled in OUR misery for YEARS, now just cannot abide or tolerate any positive thing that comes out of Carolina basketball, MUCH LESS our Final Four journey and hopefully NCAA title. It is LAUGHABLE to read this garbage from any one at Kentucky or the LTCC .....Lance Thomas Cover up College... home of the dirtiest ball player in college Punkson Whiplash and the "coach" who has been rightly embarrassed and humiliated with this latest pathetic PETTY LIE this fraud just told in the Oregon fiasco.

It's got to be hard to be a UK fan right now. Not only did a rival, that UK is scared to play every year, knock them out of the tournament... Now they have have to deal with the fact that the only program better than theirs in is in another final four.
I almost feel sorry for them but on second thought..... It serves those bastards right!!!!
Cal has created the type of atmosphere where some kids who would normally be 3-4 year players or should be, jump earlier than they should. They actually believe that Roy and other coaches persuade their kids to stay, when in fact it's something called developing a player over a few years, not just trotting out the next talented group.
There is pressure there to leave early and Cal constantly recruits the best freshman phenoms so even if you should stay an extra year, you are always being recruited over and without the minutes, how will you develop? Not to mention that he doesn't really recruit non-five stars....all that NBA talent and not all that much to show for it.

Their wet dream is we get taken down by the NCAA, their nightmare is that it does not happen and they just can not accept what they already know is coming. IT drives them nuts and it does because they so crave the national respect that we at least had and will earn back. But they just can not find a way to tap in to that love. Their collective envy drives over the top, they are obsessed, they feel this pain of our having what they crave to the extent I wonder if suicide alerts should come with the NCAA's final ruling?
Duke fans felt pretty good because they won it all last season but here we are again, yet again poised to steal their thunder, drives them nuts they will it all and we come right back and snatch away their bragging rights. Ky fans and duke fans see their team get all that crazy talent, more than we have had and yet here UNC is, on the verge of greatness yet again.
And as for NC State, actually who cares, no one cares, no one has reason to care, they are the punch line to a joke that IS FUNNY ! LOL

Right now, a small crowd of UK faithful are starting to question the one-and-done strategy. It's not entrenched yet, give another year without reaching the Elite 8 or maybe even the Final Four, doubt will be in full effect.
And the vitriol just increases the further we advance in the tournament. I can understand this from NVSU fans, who have nothing of consequence to be proud of in the last 30 years. But dook and UK fans have won multiple titles during those years and are among the elite teams every year. Still, they can't help themselves, their insecurity shines through. They'll have the top ranked classes in the country coming in next year, once again, but that's not enough for them.
It's a classic case of fans who can never be happy unless they win the title. And it also chafes dook fans that their coach has been shown to be a lying hypocrite and a sore loser. They can try to spin it all they want but it's embarrassing to any rational dook fan. I'm reveling in their misery.
For fans the one & done is messed up, we want our better players to be around longer, do ya have any idea how long tar Heels will be talking about Marcus & Brice? Now the one & done deal can win you a title but you are always having to do it as an inexperienced team, you are always having to out talent the opposition, that can land you a NCAA title but it can as well land you in the NIT. You can not make a mistake on a kids ability to play at this level if you are going to have to depend on that kid to be a star. Whiff on Skal means Ky was weak in their front court this season, whiff on Jenner and duke sufferes the same fate.
Both Ky and duke have what looks like very strong classes coming in and both will be tuff outs later season as those freshmen gain experience at this level. But will they adapt enough is always going to be the question. You can never know until they play, an experienced team you can project much easier than you can one so freshman loaded.
I find it interesting that Pack Pride has tried everything to destroy UNC basketball the last 4 years. But despite all the words and investigation.... UNC is sitting pretty with an inside track on #3 for Roy. While Gott has had unexpected early defections and multiple transfers without winning anything of meaning. Despite all the mud dragging , UNC basketball is still as far ahead as it was before 4 years ago. You would think they would worry about themselves first and foremost?
I have no problem with the Heels becoming the college version of the San Antonio Spurs.
To be honest I could care less what other fan bases think either way - the media does get under my skin because most of it is uniformed trash
For me the justice of this run in the NCAAT is the example to the recruits who decided not to accept Coach's offer to join this group and build off of the current teams experience and perhaps build a new legacy of repeated success at a high level while working towards an education in conjunction with basketball
To all of those who chose not to join watch and weep as others gladly took what you did not want
Here's to finishing this year out with a title and coming back to the Final Four next year just to rub it in

For me the justice of this run in the NCAAT is the example to the recruits who decided not to accept Coach's offer to join this group and build off of the current teams experience and perhaps build a new legacy of repeated success at a high level while working towards an education in conjunction with basketball

I personally like the connection you make with a player over time and being around as they develop. Do I want some of the one and dones? Yes. Mostly because to win you need some at times. However, spending time with a player creates a better connection than the mercenary for hire approach.
I think being hated by UK, Moo, Dook and the VT Aggies is a sign that you are doing lots of good in the world.

Before you post you might want to look up the facts about why UK and IU aren't playing.
In 2012 when IU beat UK at the buzzer at their house, fans rushed the floor hitting and pushing players. The IU fans in the stand were spitting and throwing cokes, etc... On our fans exiting. Miss Kentucky was even there and they were spitting on her.
Calipari gave IU a option, Indianapolis and Louisville would be future venues instead of home and home. Calipari said he wouldn't put his players and fans in harms way.
Cream wouldn't agree!!! That's a fact! And if you use google(that's your friend) you'll even see IU's president held a press conference apologizing to UK about how their fans treated them.
