Robert Washington's still planning to make his decision at the end of this month.

There's a UNC mention in this story on '17 quarterback Hunter Johnson. The elite signal caller from Indiana visited Chapel Hill recently.

Tight end Garrett Walston says Georgia, UNC and NC State are his three favorites. The Bulldogs offered recently.

As I posted on the board not long ago, Alabama has offered UNC DB commit Javontay Smith.

New OL commit Tyler Pritchett told me he's working hard on Louisiana athlete Tre Jackson and he believes the Heels have a great chance. He also spoke highly of a running back at his own school, Tyus Flakes. He says UNC's coaches are familiar with him. At the very least, Pritchett is hoping they offer.

Over the weekend UNC hosted Dublin (Ohio) Coffman OT Alex Gellerstedt for an unofficial visit. He was offered while visiting. He also visited Wake Forest while in the state.

UNC hosted 2018 QB Holton Ahlers for an unofficial visit late last week. The young phenom already has an offer from ECU, the program he grew up cheering for. But his recruitment is going to be very big and will probably go national.

Tennessee is the latest offer for 2017 receiver J.T. Cauthen of Waxhaw (N.C.) Cuthbertson.

West Virginia is top three for Kennedy McKoy. He doesn't say who his other favorites are. He does plan to visit UNC again though, per this update.

Here's more on Lawrence (video).

Here's a video interview with four-star RB Robert Washington, who decides later this month.

Fresh off an offer from UNC, New Jersey OL Will Fries visited Penn State for an overnight this weekend.
