I'm not saying it would salvage the season, but beating the Wolpfack after the season we've had and the season they've had would be pretty frickin sweet.nothing can salvage this season. in this day and age with 216 bowl games, if you can't win 6 games you have failed. we just need to move on and get ready for next year - but winning out would dampen the sting
Before the last 2 weeks, I would have been afraid that WCU might pull one on us. Now, I think the ship is stabilized.Am I the only one a tiny bit skeert of Western Carolina? They lost to Wofford and Furman, but they've also won 6 games.
The OL will be huge compared to WC, but they've had trouble blocking a stiff breeze. And the secondary has had some issues that i'm not entirely sure have been fixed. All of our QBs have shown the ability to throw some eggs.
We seem to be showing improvement all around, but i'm not totally ready to bet the farm on a WC victory.
To finish with 3 consecutive wins, and the last over Moo? That is sweeter than 6-7 with season ending losses to Moo and a bowl foe.I'm not saying it would salvage the season, but beating the Wolpfack after the season we've had and the season they've had would be pretty frickin sweet.
