I think it is PBs head / forehead that is weirder than anything. Like his head is deformed. Say, maybe his parents should have bought him one of those plastic helmets for infants, to help the kid's head be round, when the kid's cranial / skull plates aren't forming and growing together correctly, so the kid ends up a square head / forehead. That's what he looks like to me.
