Going fast is great as long as you get the right guy. It is much better to wait and largely lose a class if you get the best guy than to save that one class but get another wrong hire.

I am fine with Mack coaching the bowl. It will be nearly meaningless either way.

Talking about how many guys each year can make an NFL roster and then comparing that to lack of big wins is all you need to know how big a failure this staff is and had been. Like Mack, it could recruit and do little else truly well.
