I really dont understand how schools produce NIL money. Where does it come from? How is it distributed through the sports, especially football and basketball? How is contact initiated between players and businesses? How are their agents involved? How do schools find NIL contracts? Are there any businesses there are excluded from NIL? How do agents get paid? Are there any stipulations by businesses for the player? Are payments made at one time or spread out over the school year? Are NIL's for one year or multiple? Are there caps on how much a school can pay?

I dont understand shit about it. I just know its a bunch of bullcrap right now.
