Everton FC taking the pitch against Stoke City and maintain an early unbeaten record.

We Evertonians have high hopes for the Blues this year.

If Barkley was as good in the box as he is outside, he would be England team captain.

Anyways back to the EPL.

Any of you lads see ManU pull one out of their arses in extra time?

I did see that. Pretty sweet pass by Rooney to lead to the goal. I must say I'm happy I turned it on at about the 87th minute - as the game was 0-0 I skipped the first hour and a half of scorelessness.

Solid win by the Blues today.

Now in 3rd and looking good.

Allow me to explain.

Ever since me mum and dad met at an Everton game prior to me even being an itch in the old man's plus 4s, I have been a fan of the Everton Football Club (that's soccer to you). So I feel compelled to poast updates of matches and what not in hopes of culturing you blokes.

As far as The Toffees, that's Everton's nickname, along with The Blues. We are called as much due after the Blues moved to the pitch at Goodison Park a few years back in 1882. There was a confectioners shop across the way from the gates and the name just stuck, if you will pardon the pun.

All better?

Watching Man City right now- De Bruyne keeps playing like this and we only need worry about 2-4.
