Tuesday 9:10 pm - UNC vs San Diego St

SD State can be offensively challenged, but they are tough as nails on dee.

They have good starting size at the 4 and 5, 6'10 and 7' who are athletic, with a 6'10 off the bench, but he mainly rebounds and plays physical, rarely looks for his shot. The 7' freshman can shoot it a bit, out to 3land. The othe big of the bench is 6'8 kid a saw a bit in high school, not a shooter, but active.

They are deep, play 8 or 9. With 3 being freshman. Guards are main shot takers all similar 30 to 35 from 3. Not that big out front size wise, but they get after it on dee.

Poor free throw shooting team, hope that stays true to form. Hopefully we hit the glass, and limit turnovers.

Get em' fellas !!

Ok so we have snuck into the tourney now go and make a run and really piss people off especially the dookie lovers.

We are here and it doesn’t matter how we got here now let’s go and live up to the preseason expectations. We have nothing to lose so play free and let it fly guys!!

I want so badly to be able to shut Sean Farnham up. He is just one of the pricks who has been so down on the Heels and also Greenpecker.

Also, better prepare for the junk we dealt with vs Baylor.
Play tough, make sure the mouthpieces are in good, finish thru contact, and hope for a somewhat fair whistle.

SDSU plays defense like five brothers fighting for the last pork chop. I hope we’re ready for that intensity. This type of team really worries me as we’re offensively challenged anyway. Hope the hot shooting UNC team shows up. Rebound, be very strong with the ball, and make those FT’s.

Yup.

And look, we've all been under uncalled-for stress, sweating what should've (frankly) been a formality NCAAT selection. So, on that note, if I've offended anyone by being sarcastic during some of those discussions (as I am admittedly prone to doing), I apologize --- whether or not I was right as to the point.

Bottom line now is the Heel nation needs to band together in pulling as hard as we can for our guys to bow up and get a "W" (especailly tonight) --- not just for obvious reasons, but to figuratively tell the media bloviators where to go...

How healthy the 7' freshman is for the Aztecs will be interesting. He is a difference maker for them. I think this could be a rock fight.

Our weakness is our frontcourt. They have the length to really hurt us.

I'm reminded of Florida State where we had to play zone to combat their length.

To me not the across the board length as FSU. When they bring in the bench 6'10 off the bench, he is a banger, who rarely looks to score type.

They are not very long on the perimeter, they start 7' 6'10 who are athletic front line. A 6'10 limited banger, and 6'8 athletic of the bench. FSU is all about length.
