Agreed. These young guys look extremely quick and athletic. If they work hard for three years then this class could be special by the time they're done

He is a lefty, so an option pitch to the right is a bit unorthadox for him. I think he is our guy though. it is clear the Offensive looks more smooth and in sync with him.
Jalen Dalton just showed in one play why he hasn't lived up to the hype. Kid is a complete dumbass.

I missed the first drive but I've always liked Surratt playing this year more than Harris. I don't think Harris is good enough to counter the benefits of playing Surratt, who is just as good and worth developing.

At this level that is no excuse though. He has pitched the ball thousands of times with that hand. Even at the high school level these guys warm up every day before practice by jogging sideline to sideline pitching the ball back and forth with each hand on the run.
As long as its good enough to get the job done I'm not complaining though. Play resulted in a TD so NBD

Chaz is the better choice... Still below average coaching and clock management ... Defense much improved..
i can't imagine he wouldn't be able to see advantages of playing the younger kid.

Piss poor overall first half, typical for first game with many new faces so I'm fine with that. The thing that irks me the most is the jalen dalton thing. Kid makes a boneheaded play that leads to targeting and ejection, and then you see him on camera smiling and laughing about it. Tell me last time you saw a kid at an elite program get ejected and smiling and laughing about it.
I was busy and late to the turning on the computer, so I didn't get to start one before kickoff. I'm going to make a point to do that early on game days from now on.
Harris has shown nothing. Surratt should have the start this half.
More, I say that Harris should not play again until first Elliott and then Byrd play and fail at least as badly as he has.
