The most disappointing 11 point lead ever. Not sure why Paige didn't check in for the last offensive play.
Yup, how many times have we seen that this year? Close the half poorly and give hope to the other team. I felt much better up 16.
Meeks gave us some good minutes (aka he didn't hurt us) but my goodness he shit away 6 points in pathetic attempts at the rim in the last 8 minutes of that half. Straight gimmies under the rim.

52-41 after a Indiana three late. Getting a lot of expected but welcomed help from Britt and Meeks tonight.especially since Johnson ' s shots keep rolling out and Hicks barely played. Jackson came alive in the last 10 minutes because Paige had to leave because of two fouls and Berry did not seem to want to shoot for some reason. First time all season that Berry looked a little shook.
I also agree that the ticky tack fouls started adding up on our end of the floor when their kids are the ones initiating contact.

We gave up a ton of multi shot possessions to them which helped them keep their heads above water. We also shit the bed on offense the last 4 minutes of the half.

Pinson has had some huge stretches in our recent winning streak. Shot is streaky at best but we need his energy and versatility badly at times.

If we can extend lead, I think we can break their will at about the 8 minute mark and start to see the "tired" from the IU guys
Getting Paige out early was smart especially since Britt filled in well with 7 points. Need Berry and Hicks to get going in the second half because I am not sure Carolina can hit 7 threes again. The Heels length has definitely made a difference in the Hoosiers getting real good looks.
Everyone is expecting Roy to be happy after an 11pt halftime lead but Roy says something like, "We turned it over 4 of our last 6 possessions. If you're going to go up - go up daggum strong. We need to stop their offensive rebounding in the second half."
Didn't play well really. Just made some threes. Too many offensive rebounds and loose balls lost, Brice and Berry weren't good, Hicks too many fouls, too many turnovers, etc... Making shots makes it seem as if UNC played better than they did.
Not his forte but in rhythm or with shot clock running down - he's going to have to shoot. Theo's been playing smart basketball and helping the team so big deal if he misses a 3 here or there. He isn't out there jacking them or anything.
IF we come out and play the second half like we have the last 4-5 games, we will be more than fine. Brice has been off. I don't see that being the case in the second half. IU wanting to run with us is playing right in our hands and we haven't played our best yet. I don't know they can switch and play a UVa style of half court of game. Only shot they have right now is us going completely cold.
