I don’t live or stay in North Carolina. And it damn sure is still a rivalry for me.
State spent the entire last minute fouling and still shot more free throws than us. Refs were awful
Thursday was fantastic. But I really do get a unique pleasure everytime we beat these morons. Especially in their place.
Abu is a beast.
My guess based on history is somewhere below Duke.
The turnovers were way too high but other than that this was one of the 5 best games we’ve played all year. Outrebounded them 42-24, got tons of easy shots and shot the ball well. We gave up 87 points due to the pace of the game and State making tons of contested shots so dont kid yourselves the defensive intensity was there. Way less breakdowns on D especially off the pick and roll and way less uncontested shots than the game 2 weeks ago
Really great win on the road less than 48 hours after the duke win. Luke Maybe carried this team even when they were way too sloppy with the ball and can't get bench players to at least hold serve . Almost requires 40 minutes from the starters to win a game.
Great question I think 13th. The top 25 is getting hammered again this week. Boston College just did us a favor by beating Miami.
Can't possibly spin it where the refs cost them this one, but they are probably trying.

They played State and 3 refs today. The Abu push off on Maye for a an 1 was absolutely comical.
We don’t need Felton nor do I want him to play any significant minutes if he comes back. He was awful this year.
