Nickel is moving a ton without the ball. They still aren't finding him. Nickel moved across the floor to the wing that possession and Leaky just stood in one spot the entire possession right in front of Nickel after he moved there too which effectively covered them both.
I just started watching on a bit of delay. Already all 5 of VT's points have come from people scoring over Love. RJ was called for a totally bogus charge - he was fully a foot in the air before the defender established his position. And the refs made up for that with a totally bogus moving screen call against VT.
Bad D and bad refs.
The good news is that VT doesn't seem to have anyone who can get in the grills of RJ and Caleb the way several of our last few opponents have done. So even without Armando, I'm optimistic.

Losing 4 in a row is going to hurt.
Dropping from #1 to out of the top 25 like a stone. And, each game looks worse than the one before!

I'm not happy but your posts are vehement instead of disappointment. They are down by 10 on the road against a good team, while down a starter. They can still turn it around. It's not looking good, but you are over here calling them losers and crap.

This is UNC. Shouldn’t need excuses. If you don’t have a good enough bench or other players at UNC to beat an unranked VT team or an unranked Iowa State team (at the time) then obviously there is more issues at UNC then we thought.
What excuses. I told yinz before the season Nance isn't the best fit for us in the transfer market. I told yinz Manek being gone was huge, and we were gonna struggle offensively without him. I told yinz that I didn't think we should be ranked 1st. I told yinz when yinz complained about where kenpom had us ranked at 13 that this was more realistic than 1st.
You guys convinced yourself of the moon, instead of looking at things properly. We are doing exactly what I expected this year so far. We will get better defensively. But the question is going to be how can we score if the 3 isn't falling. This is exactly the same as last year.
We can't handle ball pressure or figure out how to score without the 3. And we took away one of our best 3 point threats.
You convinced yourself of championship or bust. So this feels the world is falling for you. I didn't have that expectation.
