• Carolina’s offensive efficiency was 135.0 (points per 100 possessions), its sixth consecutive game at 124.0 or better. Tonight’s 135.0 was Carolina’s fourth-highest in an ACC game this season; five of UNC’s six-best offensive efficiencies in ACC play have come in the last six games.
• UNC has scored at least 90 points in three straight ACC games for first time in since 2016-17. It was the first time UNC scored 90 or more in any three games since a four-game stretch in 2018-19 (Elon, Stanford, Tennessee Tech and Saint Francis).
• The 32-point victory was the first time UNC has won by 30 on the road since beating Wake Forest by 38 on 2/16/2019.
• It was the eighth time ever the Tar Heels have won an ACC game by 32 or more on the road.
• UNC made 15 three-pointers, tying the most by a Hubert Davis-coached team (also vs. Clemson on 2/11/2023, The Citadel on 12/13/2022 and NC State on 1/29/2022).
• UNC shot 58.9% from the floor for the second game in a row. It was the third straight game Carolina has shot at least 55% from the field.

• This marks the first time the Tar Heels shot at least 55% from the field in three straight games since the first three games in 2009-10.
• Carolina shot 54.8% from the floor in the first half and 64.0% in the second.
• UNC has shot 50% or higher from the field in five straight first halves for the first time since 2008-09.
• It was the second game in a row UNC shot at least 64% in the second half (68% vs. Miami).
• It was the third consecutive game UNC has shot 50% in both halves. Carolina has shot 50% from the floor in 10 of the last 11 halves over the last six games.
• The Tar Heels have shot 50% in at least one half in 10 of their last 11 games.
• UNC led by 17 (46-29) at halftime, the 16th time in 19 ACC games the Tar Heels have led at the half.

• Carolina led by double digits at the half for the ninth time this season and sixth time against ACC opponents.
• Carolina’s largest lead was 36 points, its largest in an ACC game (previous 30 vs. NC State) and the second-largest of the season (52 vs. American).
• It was the sixth-straight game the Tar Heels have led by double digits.
• This is the first time UNC made 10 or more 3FGs in three straight games since Marquette, Baylor and UCLA in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
• Carolina has made 44 three-pointers in the last four games, its most in a four-game stretch since 2021-22. It is tied for the fourth-most three-pointers in a four-game stretch in UNC history.
• Led by Elliot Cadeau’s 12, Carolina handed out a season-high 24 assists. It was UNC’s most assists since it had 24 against The Citadel on 12/13/2022.
• Carolina is averaging 90.8 points in the last six games. Prior to the six-game win streak, UNC was averaging 80.0 per game.

• Carolina has scored at least 80 points in six straight ACC games for the first time since a seven-game stretch in 2016-17.
• Carolina improved to 10-1 this season and 31-2 under Hubert Davis when its scores 90 or more points.
• UNC has led by at least 20 points in 10 games this season and four of the last five.
• Carolina improved to 11-1 this season and 34-1 under Davis when it shoots 50% from the floor.
• It was the fourth time in the last five games UNC has shot 50% from the floor (57.4% vs. NC State, 55.2% at Florida State, 58.9% vs. Miami and 58.9% at Virginia Tech).
• Carolina made 15 of 28 three-pointers. It was the ninth time this season the Tar Heels made 10 or more threes (UNC 8-1).
• Carolina shot 53.6% from three-point range, the third time in four games and fourth time all season the Tar Heels shot 50% from three (11 of 22 for 50.0% vs. SMU, 9 of 16 for 56.3% vs. Virginia, 10 of 18 for 55.6% vs. Miami and 53.6% at Virginia Tech).
• Carolina has made 40% or better of its three-pointers in six of the last eight games.

• Carolina is 18-4 this season when it makes 30% or better from three, 8-1 when it makes at least 40% and 4-0 when it converts 50% (2-7 when under 30%).
• Carolina scored 46 first-half points and has scored 46 or more in the first half in each of the last five games (first time since 2018-19).
• Carolina scored 46 bench points, most in an ACC game this season and second most all season (49 vs. La Salle).
• Carolina had a 17-2 advantage in fastbreak points, its largest margin (15) in an ACC game and largest in any game since an 18-point margin at Hawai’i.
• RJ Davis played in his 169th game, tying Armando Bacot’s UNC- and ACC records. Both Davis and Bacot played a fifth season due to the pandemic.
• Davis made three 3FGs, the third-straight game he made three and the 14th time this season he made three or more.
• Elliot Cadeau’s 12 assists were the most ever by a Tar Heel in 91 games against Virginia Tech. The previous high was nine by Kendall Marshall (1/13/11) and Phil Ford (2/17/75).
• It was Cadeau’s fourth game this season with 10 or more assists and the fifth of his career.

• Ian Jackson led the Tar Heels with 19 points, his most since scoring 23 at Syracuse. UNC is 14-5 when Jackson scores in double figures and 8-2 when he leads in scoring.
• Jackson tied his season high with five three-pointers (also five at NC State and at Syracuse).
• Ven-Allen Lubin recorded his first double-double as a Tar Heel with 10 points and a season-high 11 rebounds. It was Lubin’s seventh career double-double.
• Lubin scored in double figures for the fifth consecutive game and 10th time overall (UNC is 7-3 when he scores in double figures).
• Drake Powell made three 3FGs, his seventh game with multiple threes. The Tar Heels are 6-1 when Powell makes multiple three-pointers.
• Powell was a plus 30, tying Seth Trimble for the team lead. Powell is a team-best plus 108 in the six-game win streak.
• Trimble had 17 points (21st time this season in double figures) and made three steals. He leads UNC in steals with 40.

UNC-Virginia Tech
• The Tar Heels are 74-17 all-time vs. the Hokies, including 21-7 since VT joined the ACC.
• Carolina is 23-8 on the road, including 10-5 in Cassell Coliseum.
• It was Carolina’s largest win over the Hokies since a 92-53 win on 2/16/2008.
• It was Virginia Tech’s largest ACC loss since 2/21/2013, an 88-56 loss to Duke.
