Bacot already on the bench with two fouls. Justin has scored 8 points in relief. He and Cole have all 14 of UNC’s points.
Its early in the season but I see another jump shooting team with less firepower. Also they still cant defend the pick and roll.
Hope Bacot is okay. He was SUPER wobbly after that contact in the 1st half. This team is VERY MUCH a work in progress. On a positive, Pierce has looked good tonight. On a negative, Keeling can't throw it in the ocean and looks lost when he's on the floor. Platek, Brooks, Black are what they are. Gonna get close to a double double out of Garrison.
Wait i thought Cole was the only person that can score and we were gonna need Lebron level games from him every night to be competitive?
Good game by Pierce stepping up and filling that much needed 2nd/3rd scorer role. Christian Keeling needs to figure it out quick. Frankly, he just doesn’t look good at all offensively.
16-30 free throws not good either. Just an abysmal offensive team overall right now.
I listened to it on Tar Heel App/Radio (Montross is always cool). I hope Armando is okay!
The FT's are hurting big-time. From what I could tell, Roy was generally upset through most of the game.
