If I were in charge, I’d have an honest discuss with Mack that it’s time to go. Recruiting will start to slip quickly. Bring in Ben Johnson from the Lions. He’s maybe the best hot offensive mind in football and he’s a Heel. Have Mack stick around in an advisory role to help guide some of the program process. Let Ben build his staff. I’d rather be aggressive and take a bit of a gamble then hire a retread. There’s no one out there in college who excites me.
