my question is what is +/- with a lineup of Rj/ec, Ian, drake, withers and Washington?

I don't care what the +/- is I care about how they play. If you are going to start either a 6'6" guy or a 6'3" guy (Drake or Seth) at the 4 then they have to be dynamic jump shooters, really no way around that. Because you simply give up to much to longer guys you must be able to make up for it with jump shooting from that position. JWit is by my view our most athletic guys standing 6'8" or more. We are still very small even starting JWit but we match up much better than we do playing tiny tiny ball. Now I would have Jalen at the 4 at 6'10" and still a jump shooter and either Lubin or JWit at the 5.
