Stonewall only serves BBQ and BBQ chicken on Saturdays. It's good old southern cooking the rest of the week plus short order stuff.
I've had BACON and eggs for breakfast and been snacking on beef sticks and colby jack cheese all day.
I'm thinking about dabbling in this keto business... keep me updated on how its going.
Will do. Everyone says the next couple days will be the hardest. Supposedly you get the Keto Flu. Your body rids itself of glucose after 48 hrs and some people get withdrawals, we'll see.
Today I went to a place in town called Great Harvest Bread, they do great sandwiches and also have various cookies and muffins and things. They make all the bread on site, it's delicious. Had the Baja Chipotle Turkey on Dakota bread with jalapeno chips. Would recommend.
I'm inhaling a Firehouse Hook & Ladder right now. Nothing keto about this thing. So delicious.
You guys that like bbq chicken should try Keaton’s. It’s south east of Statesville and. It makes the best bbq chicken in the world. It’s a cinderblock building out in the middle of nowhere, been in business forever and the black family who run it are very strict. They don’t allowi changing seats, can’t take photos of the waitstaff, no profanity and limit you to two beer but the chicken is to die for.
I just enjoyed a salmon kale salad w sautéed peppers and tomatoes topped w Parmesan.

Don't do it. There are healthy foods that taste much better than kale. Trust me.
I just ate an entire bowl full. Asia made some type of lemon juice olive oil dressing to go over it. The salmon made it tho. Delicious.
