Pretty fvcked up. I don't know the whole story, but from the video, there looks to be zero need to gun the guy down like that. Then he needs to cuff him after unloading a clip into his back? That cop should be charged, and obviously never have a law enforcement job ever again.

Amen to that, bro. We just never learn to not leap to judgement based on a few dubious words or a video snippet.

On the other hand, it's just another indication of our lib-derived craziness that a cop would be fired for knocking that guy out with a lead-filled pipe to the noggin, but is probably going to be found to have acted within the proper parameters of his training to have filled him full of lead instead.

Why didn't he shoot the tire (that's what Hollywood would've done)? Seriously though, how about the second view of the video - the Walmart employee was almost in the direct line of fire beyond the guy being shot. There easily could have been two victims of this shooting.
